• Ways to Win:
  • Holiday Sweater Free Play Bonus – Participants of the Slot Tournament that arrive in a Holiday Sweater will receive a bonus $10 Free Play. This offer will only be extended once per Tournament Participant.
  • Session Prizes: The single highest scoring participant from each session will play the Holiday Game Board to win up to $250 Free Play. Each winner will have the opportunity to select two (2) mystery doors to receive a combined Free Play prize valued between $50 Free Play - $250 Free Play. SLOT TOURNAMENT RULES:

 

1. ACE Players Club members must earn 20 Slot Points in order to sign up for the tournament. All Slot Points must be earned after 5:00am on the day of the tournament by playing on a slot machine with their ACE Players Club Card at either Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage or Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs on the day of the tournament. Slot Point earning expires at 8:00pm or when maximum capacity of the tournament has been reached, whichever occurs first.

 

2. Every $10 dollar played on slot machines equals 3 points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals 3 points. Rated table game play and Poker players do not qualify for entry. Points must be earned through slots or video poker only.

 

3. Space is limited, entry for the Slot Tournament will be available while sessions last through 8pm.

 

4. ACE Players Club members must register to play in the tournament at the ACE Players Club booth.

 

5. Each session will consist of a 3 minute session.

 

6. No comps are valid for this tournament.

 

7. ACE Players Club Members may only participate in the Slot Tournament at one property on the promotional day. If a guest is found to have participated at both slot tournaments in the same day, they will be immediately disqualified and none of their scores for either property will be used in the determining the highest score.

 

8. If participants miss their assigned session they are not guaranteed a spot in later sessions. In the event we are able to accommodate those who missed their session, decisions will be based on availability, first come first serve, and the players session time.

 

9. Winners and rankings will be determined by the number of highest accumulated credits won in a session at the end of the Slot Tournament play. Final scores will be available at the ACE Players Club following the conclusion of the tournament. If a participant plays in multiple sessions, the participant’s highest score will be used to determine the participant’s final ranking.

 

10. All participants must check in at the tournament area 10 minutes prior to their session time.

 

11. All Tournament Slot Machines utilized shall be switched into tournament play mode through the use of an external kiosk by a Special Events Coordinator or above. No tokens, coins or cash will be required or accepted to operate the tournament slot machine, unless an exception is noted. All Slot Tournament gaming machines requiring Slot Department personnel to convert the gaming machines for tournament play will be included within a Slot Tournament conversion request memorandum identifying each Slot machine. The memorandum will be forwarded to the ACGC Compliance Department for review and approval.

 

12. In the event of a tie for highest score, the prize money will be divided equally between the participants who are tied.

 

13. In the event of a machine malfunction, the participant at that machine will be put into another group for that session. If the malfunction occurs during the last group or if all sessions are filled, the participant will replay the session alone immediately following the conclusion of the group session. The participant will only be eligible for a session prize if their score is higher than that of the winner during the previous session.

 

14. All cash winners may choose Free Play in lieu of a cash prize.

 

15. ACRCSRM and ACCPS will have up to 13 players per session.

 

16. The ACRCSRM and ACCPS reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This disqualification will include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the official rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

 

17. Excessive force on the gaming machines will be subject to disqualification from the slot tournament.

 

 

DRAWING BARREL ENTRIES: $2,000 SECOND CHANCE DRAWING:

 

1. In order to be eligible for the $2,000 Second Chance Drawing, ACE Players Club must have registered and participated in the Sleigh All Day Slot Tournament in order to win. ACE Players Club members must present their Tournament Session Tickets to a Marketing Representative at the Slot Tournament area in order to have their Tournament Session ticket entered into the $2,000 Second Chance drawing on their behalf. The Marketing Representative will then place the Tournament Session Tickets into the drawing barrel.

 

2. Location of the Drawing Barrel:
   1. ACRCSRM: Promotions Table located in front of the High Limit Table Games room
   2. ACCPS: Promotions Table located in front of the Cascade Lounge

 

3. Tournament Session Tickets will include: Player name, Player ID #, Tournament Session Time and space for the Team Member Initials & Badge number. Drawing Tickets will be numbered sequentially.

 

4. ACE Players Club members can participate in up to two (2) sessions in the Sleigh All Day Slot Tournament, earning up to two (2) Tournament Session Tickets into the $2,000 Second Chance Drawing.

 

5. At 9:00pm, the Drawing Barrel will be spun to mix the drawing entries. Winners will be drawn by at least two (2) Marketing representatives or above, and/or two (2) Player Development Representatives or above. Winners will be announced once throughout the Casino Floor.

 

6. In the event that one of the winners is not present at the time of the single drawing announcement, they will have until 11:59pm on December 14, 2019 to claim their prize from the ACE Players Club. If one of the winners does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, the prize will be forfeited. In the event of any forfeited prizes, there will be no replacement winners selected for that prize.

 

7. For each drawing ticket drawn, the Marketing and/or Player Development Department Employee or above will enter the following information on the Winner's Log: date of the promotion, winner's name, winner's ACE Club number and the award or prize won. The Marketing and/or Player Development Department employee will sign with ID number the last page of the log attesting to the prize distribution.

 

8. All drawing promotions shall have a 30 minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

 

9. ACE Players Club members can only win once in the $2,000 Second Chance Drawing.

 

 

GENERAL RULES

 

1. 1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.

 

1. 2. Must be an ACE Players Club member to participate.

 

1. 3. For each award or prize won, the Marketing and/or Player Development Department employee will enter the following information on the Winner's Log: date and time of the promotion, winner's name, winner's ACE Players Club number and the award or prize won, along with the Marketing and Player Development Department employee's signature and I.D. number. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.

 

1. 4. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winner's Log and a Winner's Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes, if applicable. The Winner's Logs and Winner's Release Form gives approval to Agua Caliente Casinos, and its agencies the rights to use the winner's name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds the Agua Caliente Casinos and the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

 

1. 5. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize “i.e. driver’s license, government-issued Photo ID card, Tribal ID, military ID or passport.”  Winners must also show their ACE Players Club card to claim a prize. 

 

1. 6. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls unless an exception is noted and approved within the approved promotion.

 

1. 7. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.  

 

1. 8. The final call on any dispute related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for guest disputes.  

 

1. 9. The promotion will be administered in accordance with ACBCI System of Internal Controls policies and procedures.

 

1. 10. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

 

1. 11. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

 

1. 12. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

 

1. 13. In the event that the Sleigh All Day Slot Tournament does not have enough participants, the tournament will not take place over the entire four (4) hours.

 

1. 14. Special Events Shift Manager or above can make the decision to extend the hours of the tournament should we have enough participants to fill any sessions or reduce the number of sessions due to lack of participants.

 

1. 15. The Agua Caliente Casinos will include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage is located within A Agua Caliente Casinos.

 

18. All Cash prize winners will be paid at the main cash cage. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize; i.e. driver’s license, government-issued ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID, or passport. Winners must also show their ACE Players Club card to claim a prize and provide a Social Security card or complete a W-9 Form (if applicable).

 

19. A copy of the Tournament Rules must be available for the public during the duration of the tournament.  The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the ACRCSRM website.  The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the Tournament.
20. Each Free Play winner will be required to sign a Winners Log and will have the following expiration from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

$100 and under – Expires 24 hours

$101 - $1,500 – Expires 30 days

$1,501-$5,000 – Expires 60 days
